问题1:我登陆了ID,但是我点更新就又要我输入密码,但是输入密码又显示不对,或者输入密码又提示账号锁定需要解锁.

解决办法:因为你之前下载该软件的时候用的不是本次获取的ID,所以也无法应用于本次ID的更新,所以请删除之前的软件重新下载即可.如不想每次都这么麻烦你可以购买一个独享ID,自己想怎么更新怎么更新.不会有任何问题.

问题2:我登陆ID提示要我输入密保问题.

解决办法:请参照首页帮助的IOS10,12,13系统的登陆方法.错误的登陆方式会导致你无法登陆.
